Returns and Exchanges

At SalomonGCC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the footwear or apparel is unworn and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into the original shipping box or a similar secure package, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a preferred time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at any authorized SalomonGCC service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
